Idaho RV Trip
Although it was short-lived, we enjoyed our time as a family! The drive went well and we hope to explore more of Idaho in the future!
We hit the road in our RV as a family of 4, with our pup scout, to explore Idaho! While we were there we stayed at the City of Blackfoot RV park and met up with our friends Linnea and Chris!
We also took some time to just hang out as a family! We played frisbee in the grass, soccer in the parking lot, the kids rode their scooters, and we worked out with our new workout gear. After a busy day at the RV park we took advantage of the playground and let the kids play! The next day we rode our Aventon bikes all the way to the Blackfoot city park. Dan and the kids played disc golf, hung out at the playground one last time and then we finish the day riding our ebikes around the lake!
Unfortunately, we noticed scout wasn’t well so we took him to the vet. After some blood work and X-rays they figured out what was wrong. Basically, he had trauma-induced inflammation that caused his joints to inflame due to stress from rehoming. After a few weeks of medication, he was back to his playful self! We are so thankful he is doing better now!!
Even though our stay was short and it wasn’t the most remote place, we really enjoyed ourselves. We are excited to explore more of Idaho next time we are in town! :)
Until next time.
