6. If you are doing an independent journey, what surrogate compensation amount are you prepared for? Would you be okay to have an escrow company reimburse me or pay for the expenses?

7. If you are independant are you prepared to cover the costs an insurance policy? (mention if your insurance is surrogate friendly or not)

8. Would you be okay if I shared my journey as a surrogate on social media? Let them know that you could keep specific details confidential, but feel free to ask about sharing your hearts, why you chose to do surrogacy, and any information about the process that you would like to share, etc. (Ask what you can and can’t share!! This is very important)

9. Do you desire to have a close relationship throughout the pregnancy? Receiving pictures, coming to appointments when possible, being a part of the birth, and staying in contact after the birth? (to the extent that you and the IPs are comfortable with)
